Manage a portfolio of residential properties, provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and ensure full legislative compliance.Our client, a successful and reputable independent sales and lettings agency based in Bournemouth, is seeking a professional and organised Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of managed properties.This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants alike.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Bournemouth areaActing as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsCoordinating maintenance works and property inspectionsEnsuring compliance with lettings legislation and company proceduresHandling tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outsServing Section 21 and Section 8 notices where requiredManaging deposits, rent arrears, and contractor relationshipsMaintaining accurate records and property management softwareResolving issues promptly and professionally What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in property management and residential lettingsARLA qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Knowledge of Section 21 and Section 8 notices advantageousExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesConfident under pressure with a professional attitudeProficient in property management systems and Microsoft OfficeTeam player with a proactive and positive approachFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What's In It For You?
