Our client, one of Finchley's most respected and successful agents, is seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to take their sales department to the next level. Their lettings department is thriving, and now they're looking for the right person to help the sales department soar. The Role You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from generating and canvassing new business, through to listing, negotiating, and progressing sales to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering results, and working with integrity. Key Responsibilities: Canvassing for new business and securing instructions. Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into listings. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers. Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth sales progression. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market. About You: Proven track record in estate agency sales. Confident, driven, and target-focused. Honest, trustworthy, and transparent in your approach. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong local market knowledge (Finchley and surrounding areas desirable). Self-motivated with the ability to generate and convert leads.
