Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting and delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance ERP workflows. - Leading proof-of-concepts through to production, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact. - Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Integrating emerging AI research into practical enterprise applications. - Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. - Representing the business in workshops, demos, and industry forums, showcasing AI leadership. - Experience using Python or C and tools such as N8N to author and monitor workflows - Familiarity with standard LLM tooling such as Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) We are looking for candidates with proven experience in: AI/ML engineering, particularly in LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI, or agentic systems. - A strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), MLOps, and scalable architectures. - Hands-on skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks. - The ability to bridge technical and business worlds, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - A track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment. - A passion for innovation and a drive to make a visible impact.
