Practice Manager - Full Time Location: Hull Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Salary: Negotiable depending on experience About the Practice A well-established 5-surgery dental practice with a friendly, long-standing team and free on-site parking. The practice offers both NHS and private treatments and prides itself on excellent patient care and clinical standards. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a strong communicator, and able to inspire and support both clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and staff performance Support clinicians to meet NHS and private targets Oversee profit and loss, budgets, and business growth Maintain up-to-date policies, procedures, and compliance documents Ensure CQC and Health & Safety standards are met Conduct staff appraisals and support development Handle banking, payments, and debt management Skills and Experience Previous experience in dental practice management Strong leadership and organisational skills Experience managing business performance and KPIs Excellent communication and problem-solving ability CQC registration or willingness to complete requirements Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Birthday day off Annual leave increases with service Retail discounts through staff app GDC and indemnity cover (if applicable) Career development opportunities How to ApplyIf you are an experienced practice manager, we would love to hear from you.
