Main Responsibilities: As an Oracle Database Application and Support Analyst, expect engaging duties: Apply software updates, and perform technology upgrades Conduct installations of new software, and troubleshoot related issues efficiently. Proactively review metrics, and address potential database performance, and backup concerns. Communicate professionally with customers, and provide innovative solutions. Collaborate within the team, share workloads, and foster a supportive environment.
