Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a Test & Validation Engineer to lead Design Verification & Validation (DVV) activities across multiple systems and full vehicle platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all test activities are accurately executed, fully traceable, and compliant with engineering and quality standards. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, validated products that meet performance, reliability, and safety expectations.Your main responsibilities will be: Lead and coordinate whole vehicle and subsystem test activities, ensuring accurate, safe, and compliant execution.Develop and maintain comprehensive Design Verification Plans (DVPs) covering all validation activities.Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.Document, review, and report test results in line with quality and regulatory requirements.Analyse and interpret test data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.Support test reviews, audits, and continuous improvement of verification processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including design, quality, and reliability — to resolve technical issues and enhance test coverage.Who are we looking for?
