We’re working with a well-established manufacturing company near Goole who are looking for a Junior National Account Manager to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in sales administration who’s keen to develop into an account management role. As Junior National Account Manager, you’ll support with the development, coordination, and execution of strategies for larger national accounts while managing your own smaller accounts. You’ll also provide essential sales administration support to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day. Some of the Junior National Account Manager responsibilities include:Managing smaller accounts with support from the Sales ControllerAssisting the UK Sales team in managing larger national accountsBuilding strong relationships with customers and ensuring excellent service deliveryPreparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance updatesAssisting with sales presentations and proposalsMonitoring client activity and sales data to provide accurate updatesSupporting with order management, claims, credits, promotions, and product listingsUpdating and maintaining customer records and attending meetings or shows when requiredWe’re looking for someone who’s confident, organised, and enjoys building relationships. You’ll have experience in sales administration or supporting a sales team and be eager to take on more responsibility. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and good communication skills are key. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm offering a competitive salary between £25,000-£29,000, and excellent scope for career development within a successful and supportive team.
