QA/QC Engineer (Electrical Bias) – West London (Data Centres / Mission Critical Projects) A leading engineering contractor delivering complex M&E projects across Europe is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team for the 12-14 months of a major data centre project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, high-spec installations, ensuring all works meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine inspections of electrical installations to verify quality and compliance.Manage snagging during scheduled walkdowns, surveillances, and observations.Ensure installations are snag-free ahead of client walkdowns and handovers.Oversee First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) process sign-offs.Maintain accurate document control of construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.Act as QA Owner for allocated scopes through construction, testing, inspection, and handover.Compile and manage turnover and handover packs.Control installation drawings and cable schedules for your scope.Represent the contractor during system and area turnover walkdowns.Requirements:Strong background in QA/QC for electrical construction.Experience on data centre or large industrial projects.Solid commercial awareness and understanding of quality vs cost.Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Proactive and organised, with a drive to deliver snag-free work.Candidates are being shortlisted now – please apply below.
