As a House Butler, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of the homeowners and guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and comfort. Your role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of the household and creating a welcoming atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesAt Residence: Oversee daily household operations and staff coordination. Maintain immaculate household presentation and readiness. Manage wardrobe, packing/unpacking, and personal shopping. Handle guest reception and event hosting. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers Provide attentive and personalized service to homeowners and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences. Manage daily household tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the property to the highest standards. Assist with meal service, including setting and clearing dining tables, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an elegant dining experience. Coordinate laundry and wardrobe management, including ironing and garment care. Handle household errands and administrative tasks as required. Ensure proper maintenance and care of household inventory and supplies. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with residents and guests. While Traveling: Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries Manage hotel and restaurant bookings, including VIP arrangements and preferences Ensure smooth transitions between locations Provide valet services, including packing, wardrobe care, and personal assistance Maintain discretion and security at all times Anticipate and fulfill the principal’s needs proactively Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role for UHNW individuals Formal butler training or hospitality background preferred Fluent in English; additional languages a plus Impeccable discretion, loyalty, and professionalism Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with luxury travel and concierge services Valid passport and ability to travel internationally on short notice Clean driving license and background check Strong knowledge of service etiquette and household operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
