Experience in a childcare setting, particularly in a supervisory or leadership role. Proficient understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues. A natural ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment. Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Passion for enhancing children's learning via play-based approaches. Organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
