You’ll start by working closely with our senior engineers to:Solve production bugsContribute to QA and testingLearn the platform architecture and codebaseGradually take ownership of new features and full-stack projectsThis is a fantastic opportunity for early-career engineers who want to level up quickly, gain exposure to modern technologies, and be mentored by experienced tech leads in a fast-paced, real-world environment.Contract DetailsDuration: Permanent, full-time positionExperience Required: Minimum 3 years of professional experienceLocation: London (Hybrid)Compensation: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and fix production bugsSupport QA processes and write testsCollaborate with senior engineers to improve code quality and performanceBuild and maintain clean, reusable componentsGradually contribute to new feature development across the stackWrite clear technical documentationCommunicate effectively within a fast-paced agile teamRequired SkillsJavaScript / TypeScript (3+ years)Node.js and ExpressReact.js fundamentalsAPI integration and debuggingFamiliarity with AWS or cloud environmentsGit and version control best practicesNice to HaveExperience with Next.js or modern JS frameworksUnderstanding of automated testingBasic knowledge of Docker and CI/CDExposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)Who You AreYou are curious and motivated to learn from experienced engineers, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
