Who We’re Looking For We welcome applications from candidates who: Hold GCSEs (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent in English and Maths Have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Bring experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a SEND setting Are motivated to support vulnerable pupils to lead happy, fulfilling lives Are adaptable and confident working in both indoor and outdoor learning environments Demonstrate a caring and proactive approach to supporting classroom and off-site learning activities Work well as part of a collaborative, supportive team Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards working with young people with additional needs If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
