The Role: Managing the commercial aspects of planned maintenance and refurbishment works within social housing. Preparing and overseeing valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts. Working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identifying opportunities for value engineering and commercial efficiency. The Ideal Candidate: Experience within social housing, maintenance, or local authority contracts. Strong commercial and contractual knowledge. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
