Job DescriptionPortico have an outstanding opportunity available for a Reception Supervisor, to join our brand-new team based at the City offices of a global consultancy firm.We take great pride in being the service partner selected to deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. Our reception team will need to have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.The new Reception Supervisor will join an existing team on a full-time basis and will play a key role in several areas, based around the meet and greet provided to the firm’s staff and visitors, as well as the management and facilitation of meeting rooms. They will anticipate client needs, following up each time to ensure expectations are exceeded with every interaction. The Reception team also handle incoming telephone calls and emails, seeing issues and queries through to resolution.Reporting to the Assistant Guest Services Manager, the Reception Supervisor will help to supervise, motivate and coach the team members, providing day-to-day direction and assistance, delegating tasks and ensuring all team members are appropriately trained. They will hold weekly team meetings, and daily handovers to cascade relative information to the team, ensure all systems are updated, procedures are followed, and service standards are upheld.As this is a new contract for Portico, there will undoubtably be room for the team to identify innovative and efficient ways to add value to our services, upholding and improving on the already world class offering provided by the team. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of something special! Hours: 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts between 7:30am-7pm, from Monday to Friday Salary: £36,538 per annum
