FDS Consult UK Limited has a strong pipeline of projects and is experiencing a period of growth, as such it is seeking a driven and knowledgeable professional to focus on the delivery of Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEWs) and EWS1. RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following:1-2 years’ experience in delivering FRAEW’s and EWS1 forms.Be a full member of a recognised professional body such as RICS, CABE, IFE, ICE, CIOB, IStructE.Have thorough understanding of EWS1 forms and ratingsA strong understanding of PAS 9980Completed the RICS External Wall System Assessment Training ProgrammeSound knowledge of construction materials, and facadesAn understanding of classifications under BS EN 13501-1, Regulation 7 and their application.Proven experience in report writing.BenefitsIn return you can expect: £50,000 - £75,000 dependent upon experience.Hybrid working.
