We’re working with a well-established care provider to recruit a Service Manager to oversee a registered service based in Oxfordshire.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong teams, delivering exceptional person-centred support, and driving continuous improvement in care quality.The RoleAs Service Manager, you will:- Lead a team of dedicated support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and organisational policies- Promote independence, choice, and dignity for all individuals supported- Manage budgets, staffing, and service development- Build strong relationships with families, health professionals, and other stakeholdersAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who:- Has previous experience managing services for adults with learning disabilities/autism- Holds a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)- Is a confident, compassionate leader with a values-driven approach- Can manage resources effectively and ensure quality across services- Is innovative, resilient, and able to adapt to a dynamic care environmentWhat’s on Offer- Competitive salary up to £50,000 - Supportive regional network and development opportunities - A values-based working culture focused on quality and empowermentInterested in making a genuine difference in people’s lives while progressing your leadership career?
