As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Industrial Hygiene Operative to join our team.What you’ll do as an Industrial Hygiene Operative: Work as part of a team cleaning commercial kitchen ventilation systems to BESA TR19® standardsCarry out deep cleans of extraction systems, ensuring full Health & Safety complianceRepresent our company professionally on client sitesTravel to different locations across the UK in a fully equipped company vehicleSkills required for this Industrial Hygiene Operative role:Full clean UK driving licence required (minor points considered)Experience in the grease hygiene industry and knowledge of TR19® standards (training can be provided)Comfortable working at height or in confined spacesGood communication and organisational skillsPhysically fit, with an eye for detail and a focus on safetyWillingness to travel and work unsocial hours – accommodation and food allowance providedDesirable (not essential):BESA Grease Hygiene Technician (GHT) certificationPASMA or IPAF certificationCOSHH / Health & Safety awarenessDetails of this Industrial Hygiene Operative role:Competitive salary with travel and overnight allowancesStarting pay: £12.25 per hour during initial training/induction period, rising to £28,600 - £30,000 per year + benefitsNight out allowance: £25 per nightHours: Average 45 hours per week, Monday–Thursday (mostly evening starts)All uniform and PPE providedOngoing training and Health & Safety certificationsA friendly, supportive team culture with opportunities for growthTemp-to-perm role with long-term career potentialMust live locally to StaffordLocation: Stafford and surrounding areas
