A respected commercial law firm with strong Yorkshire roots and a national client base is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to join its Leeds-based team.The firm is known for its practical legal advice, strong client relationships and work with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail and corporate brands.This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work closely with major clients across a broad range of contentious property matters in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The RoleYou will join a busy and high-performing property litigation team and be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputesLease terminations and break optionsAdverse possession claimsEasements and rights of wayRights to light and restrictive covenantsDisputes arising from property developments and asset management The role offers direct client contact from day one, with the chance to build long-term relationships and contribute to wider team and firm initiatives.
