You will manage the full HR function day-to-day while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive improvements around recruitment, retention, culture and people engagement.The successful candidate will handle a broad range of responsibilities including employee relations, policy development, recruitment and onboarding, L&D coordination, wellbeing initiatives and HR compliance. This is a hands-on generalist role with genuine strategic involvement.You:We are inviting applications from candidates with previous HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner / Generalist experience, ideally gained within a solicitor's firm, professional services or regulated environment.
