An amazing opportunity to join an in-house set up, working within its technical litigation department.A national company with a strong reputation in consumer and commercial litigation is looking for an Assistant Solicitor to join its growing Technical Litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified to mid-level Solicitor (up to around 4 years' PQE) looking to take on complex, high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.The RoleYou'll join a team that specialises in handling a wide range of defended and technical cases, including: Mortgage recoveries and possession proceedings Defended money claims and title disputes Satisfactory quality and breach of contract matters Guarantor and conversion claims Innocent purchaser and bankruptcy disputes You'll manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, advising clients, drafting key documents and delivering a first-class legal service across diverse and challenging work.About You NQ - 4 years PQE, or FILEX qualified (debt recovery or commercial litigation experience advantageous) Experience with CPR and case management systems Familiarity with motor commission, unsecured lending, or mortgage recoveries is beneficial Strong communication skills, adaptable and client-focused A proactive approach to personal and professional development The FirmThis firm combines a progressive culture with modern technology to support agile and hybrid working.
