Key Responsibilities: Lead and support execution of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions within the Transportation & Logistics space. Drive sector coverage efforts, including market mapping, origination, and thought leadership. Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Collaborate across global teams to deliver integrated solutions and insights to clients. Qualifications: 6+ years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on Transportation & Logistics or adjacent sectors. Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring. Proven track record of deal execution and client engagement.
