My client in the North East are looking to appoint a talented Employment & Development Support Officer on a Contract basis. The post holder will be a dedicated officer who will play a key role in the efficient and effective delivery of our Employment & Skills Programmes. What's on offer: Salary: £18 per hour, Inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: Contract Monday - Friday About the role: Based in North East (Hybrid): Maintain and develop community engagement Engage, build and maintain effective relationship with clients and provide effective Information, Advice and Guidance Support clients' employment, skills and health needs to help them meet and progress their current and future career aspirations To support and prepare the client for job interviews About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role Ability to demonstrate experience of supporting clients in 1:1 or group environments Awareness of the key issues facing employers and potential employees Local Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.
