We’re currently looking for a Night Team Member to join our Front Office team and deliver exceptional service to guests around the clock.What You'll Be Doing Delivering a warm and efficient welcome to late arrivals and handling night check-ins and check-outs Managing night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting Responding to guest requests with a positive, can-do attitude Ensuring guest safety and security, including regular floor walks and handling any incidents Supporting with light cleaning, breakfast prep, or bar service if needed Preparing the hotel for the morning handover with a clear and organised approach
