The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday each week and the opportunity to work overtime when available which is paid at an increased rate and a chance of becoming permanent after a 12 weeks trial period. Pay Rate & Hours for the Production Operative: £12.48 all standard hours £18.72 after 8 hours worked each day £18.72 per hour for weekends and Bank Holidays Monday to Friday 08:00 till 16:30 Responsibilities of the Production Operative: Working in a small team Working on a production line Manufacturing metal waste bins Assembling wheels and lids onto bins Quality control and checking bins No experience is necessary as full training will be provided Requirements of the Production Operative: Attention to detail Good numeracy skills Good accuracy and organisational skills Ability to work to target Other benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Limited include: Ongoing assignments.
