The role This firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner to join their thriving office based in the heart of the City of London. Real Estate is one of the firms largest and best performing departments. You will join an entrepreneurial, dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will deal with an excellent quality of work, most of which comes in from word of mouth and referrals. The firm has an ethos of putting the client as their focus, and adding real value to matters, and charging well for the value that they add. The conveyancing department has excellent relationships with top quality estate agents and brokers across London, this has been built up over the firms 25 years history. The work will include; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. You will lead the department with the other partner, as well as mentoring and developing the team you will work on strategy, planning and business development. This role could prove to be a good opportunity for an ambitious senior associate seeking a pathway for career progression, potentially in a top-heavy team. You should be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (no limit regarding the amount of experience, and candidates from both a contentious and non-contentious background are encouraged to apply) Salary will be competitive and dependent on your background and experience.
