What you’ll be doing Supporting pupils with complex physical and learning needs in a classroom settingAssisting with personal care, mobility, and communication needsCreating sensory-friendly learning spaces alongside experienced staffWorking closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored supportUsing assistive technology and communication aids to enhance engagement What we’re looking for Must have previous experience working with PMLD or complex needsConfident supporting personal care and manual handling (training desirable)A calm, patient, and nurturing approachSomeone who sees potential in every child, no matter how small the stepThrive training is a big plus – and if you haven’t done it yet, we’ll cover it for free!
