Role Overview: As an HR Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing expert quality HR advice and support to our clients. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can juggle multiple responsibilities and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: HR Service Delivery: Assist clients onsite with redundancy programs, employee relations issues, and TUPE matters. Support the HR Advice Line, ensuring accurate and timely advice. Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations over telephone and email. Chair or support formal meetings for clients. Deliver HR training and update client policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company governance. Support client recruitment efforts and provide detailed reports. Good HRIS experience to support client HRIS systems and reporting Business Relations and Development: Conduct regular client review meetings and identify new business opportunities. Support new client onboarding. Candidate Requirements: Qualifications: CIPD qualified, graduate calibre Experience: Handling complex HR issues, strong UK employment law knowledge, and experience across various business sectors Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively Excellent HRIS experience to include setup and data transfer Competencies: Customer Focus: Understand and meet the commercial needs of clients, maintaining strong relationships Communication: Present information accurately and clearly, both verbally and in writing. Attention to Detail: Ensure all work is thorough and accurate. Prioritising: Manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Professionalism: Self-motivated, organised, and proactive in solving problems.
