Job Title: Credit Controller Location: Leeds Employment Type: Full time Salary: £28,000k - £30,000k About Us: Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a successful manufacturing firm based in east Leeds. Role Overview: We're seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage customer accounts, reduce debtor days, and ensure timely payments. This role involves credit control, resolving queries, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Chase overdue debts by phone and email Resolve payment issues with customers and internal teams Issue invoices, credit notes, and statements Post and allocate payments promptly Perform daily and month-end account reconciliations. Investigate payment issues and manage challenging accounts Open and assess new customer accounts Support the Sales Team with account updates Provide general administrative support as required Skills & Attributes: Problem-solving with a results-driven mindset Strong communication skills (phone and email) Attention to detail and ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
