Job DescriptionTo deliver H&S and CDM consultancy services from our Manchester office to existing and new clients. The scope of services delivered by the role-holder are flexible, dependent upon the Client’s requirements, covering both CDM and H&S Management.The key requirements of the role are to understand the Clients’ needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting their needs and expectations. Other responsibilities include:Provide expert advice and where required, helping the client manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulationsEstablishing positive relations with existing and new clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocateRepresenting Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner including meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with Clients in a timely mannerContribution to all commissions, where responsibility is assigned, to ensure both Client's expectations / scope of service and the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s business management system are effectively dischargedCarrying out H&S performance reviews, audits etc. on behalf of the Client
