If you’re empathetic, patient, and ready to make a real impact in a child’s school day, read on.What you’ll be doing: Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra support Helping children build routines, confidence, and communication skills Supporting learning both in and outside the classroom Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments Ideal for: Recent Sociology grads (or Psychology, Criminology, Education too!) Anyone keen to explore a future in teaching, therapy, youth work, or educational psychology People who love working with children and want to see them succeed, especially those who need that little bit more What you bring: Understanding of social development, behaviour, or inclusion A calm, caring approach and a willingness to learn Some experience working with children (school, youth clubs, tutoring etc.) is a plus Why start with Protocol Education?
