Handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including:
Contentious landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial) Boundary and general property disputes TOLATA claims Professional negligence claims relating to property
Support the wider commercial litigation team where neededConduct advocacy as requiredWork closely with clients, delivering clear advice and excellent serviceParticipate in business development to help grow the firm's strong reputation
Skills & Experience
Ideally 2-5 years' PQEStrong knowledge of property litigation and related dispute resolutionExcellent communication, drafting, and client care skillsAbility to work under pressure and as part of a close-knit teamProficient in Word, Excel, pdfDocs (or similar) and case management systems
