This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop essential skills and make a real difference to students' learning.What does a Cover Supervisor do?As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for: Delivering pre-set lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacherManaging classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on taskSupporting students with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environmentReporting on student progress and behaviour to teaching staff This role would suit: University students looking for flexible, part-time work alongside studiesRecent graduates interested in pursuing a career in teaching or educationIndividuals with experience in youth work, coaching, tutoring or mentoring What we’re looking for: A confident and professional approach to managing classroom environmentsA strong academic background and good communication skillsA genuine interest in education and supporting young peopleSomeone young with fresh new ideas and are able to bring a different perspectiveThe ability to work on a flexible basis (full-time or part-time available) Why join Teaching Personnel?
