The perfect candidate will deliver excellent customer service and helping grow market share in a competitive, premium property market.Our client, a highly respected independent Sales and Lettings agency with multiple offices in South East London, is looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their Dulwich Village team.This role is ideal for someone passionate about property sales, customer service, and building relationships in a fast-paced, premium market.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Manage and progress residential property sales from initial instruction to completionProvide outstanding customer service to vendors and buyersIdentify potential sales opportunities and generate leadsConduct property viewings and provide expert local market adviceNegotiate offers and guide clients through the sales processMaintain accurate records and update the CRM systemCollaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experienced residential estate agent with proven sales abilityExcellent customer service skills and professional approachPositive attitude and confident telephone mannerWell-presented, ambitious, self-motivated, and target-drivenKnowledge of Dulwich Village / South East London desirableFull driving license and access to a car essentialAbility to work in a fast-paced, pressurised environment What's In It For You?
