Job Title: General Labourer Location: Addlestone, Surrey Start Date: Thursday 30th October, 2025 Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour PAYE inc holiday pay (£14.28 + £1.72) Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist on a construction project. The successful candidate will support site operations through the safe and efficient movement of materials, maintaining a clean and organised work area, and assisting trades as required. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in. Key Responsibilities Move, load, and unload materials and equipment around the siteAssist skilled tradespeople with general duties as directedMaintain site cleanliness and ensure access routes are clear and safeUse basic hand tools and follow instructions from site supervisorsHelp with setting up work areas and tidying up at the end of the shiftFollow site safety procedures and adhere to Health & Safety standards at all timesReport any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately Requirements Previous experience on a construction site preferredCSCS card (or willingness to obtain)Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructionPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingReliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
