Working across websites, landing pages, tools, and marketing environments, your mission is to lead the visual evolution of our digital products while mentoring and inspiring the wider team.You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and marketers to bring data-informed, intuitive, and engaging interfaces to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by doing – applying your design craft while creating systems, sharing knowledge, and helping establish design standards as we grow.Key ResponsibilitiesLead visual design for mobile-first websites, landing pages, and product UIs across QiH brands.Develop and manage scalable design systems and UI libraries that ensure consistency across products while supporting rapid testing and iteration.Translate strategic goals, user needs, and data insights into polished, usable, and conversion-led UI solutionsCollaborate with Product, UX, development, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end journeysUphold consistency, accessibility, and best practices across all outputsAct as a design leader and mentor to the wider team, offering regular feedback, guidance, and supportContribute to the evolution of design processes and documentationHelp champion a culture of design by data, collaboration, and continuous learningStay ahead of UI trends, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh thinking to the teamWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of UI/digital product design experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environmentProven ability to lead UI work across multiple projects and stakeholdersAn inspiring portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI design, including mobile-first, responsive web and conversion-led designExpert in Figma and design system developmentStrong understanding of front-end principles (you don’t need to code, but you need to collaborate)Experience working with UX, product, and development teams in agile environmentsA mentor’s mindset – you love helping others grow and build confidence in their craftExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsA proactive, adaptable attitude and collaborative spiritNice to HaveExperience in performance marketing, iGaming, or fintechFamiliarity with creative automation tools (Bannerflow)Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience leading or supporting rebrand or product redesign initiativesLight prototyping and motion design (e.g., Principle, After Effects)What You’ll GetCompetitive Base SalaryCompany Bonus SchemePrivate Health Care (Bupa)Travel InsuranceMarket Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)Regular Happy Hour / Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
