As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of students with special educational needs.Key Responsibilities: Individualised Support: Provide tailored assistance to students with special educational needs, ensuring equal opportunities for academic and social development.Collaboration: Work closely with classroom teachers, SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to the overall educational experience of students.Inclusive Learning: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional well-being of students with SEN.Communication: Regularly engage with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress and collaborating on strategies for continued improvement.Resource Management: Effectively use available resources, materials, and technology to enhance the learning experience for students with special educational needs.
