This rewarding full-time role is ideal for someone with the skills and compassion to work closely with students requiring tailored support in their educational journey.About the Role As a Complex Needs LSA, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex learning needs.Assist teaching staff in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.Implement strategies to promote independence and confidence among students.Support students with personal care where necessary, ensuring dignity and respect.Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
