Supporting Children with Additional NeedsTeaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to support pupils across both Primary and Secondary SEN and SEMH schools located in the Portsmouth area, to include surrounding areas such as Havant and Waterlooville.We work closely with schools that require both short-term cover for sickness and long-term or permanent staff placements, offering you flexible opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.We are looking for: Experience supporting children or young people in an education setting, medical or youth work settings A compassionate and patient approach to working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. GCSE's, or equivalent, at pass grades in English and MathsThe ability to be flexible with changing needs within a classroom Maintaining safeguarding protocols and procedures at all times Why work with Teaching Personnel?
