This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.We’re now looking for a hands-on and detail-driven Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team onsite in London. You’ll be working closely with some of Europe’s best operators who have joined us from the likes of Tesla and SpaceX, helping to test and build an all-in-one solar and storage product.This role is ideal for someone who can deal well with ambiguity, reason from first-principles and demonstrate engineering rigour. You should be comfortable working in a lab and have experience testing and debugging your own products.ResponsibilitiesSet up and run circuit tests, record results and identify ways to improve performanceMeasure switching waveforms, characterise circuits and test their limitsDebug designs, propose fixes and take ownership of testing and PCB validationSupport power converter, battery management and electronic design projectsAssist with cost optimisation, automated test setups and production ramp-upContribute to continuous improvements and future product iterationsRequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related fieldStrong hands-on experience - you’ve built, tested or debugged your own projectsKnowledge of power electronics, converter topologies, switching devices (SiC, GaN) and waveformsConfident using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, probes and high voltage test benchesSafety-conscious and curious - you like understanding how things work (and how to make them better)BonusExperience designing or testing a solar converter, grid inverter or power converterExposure to PCB design and debuggingInterest in battery management systems or renewable energy technologiesBenefitsCompetitive internship salaryFully expensed tech to match your needsBreakfast and dinner allowance for office based employeesOpportunities for fast progression
