Machine Operator Newton Abbot | £12.21 per hour (days) / £14.65 per hour (nights) | 12-hour shifts | Temporary - Christmas peak | Full-time, on site Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Harrier LLC, a leading print manufacturer in Newton Abbot. We are seeking Machine Operators to support the production of high-quality personalised products, including books, calendars, tiles and canvases. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production environment, with immediate starts and full training provided - no previous experience required. Key Duties: *Operate and monitor print and finishing machinery.*Meet daily production targets and deadlines.*Carry out visual quality checks on finished products.*Maintain a clean and safe work space. Requirements: *Mechanically minded and confident using tools or machinery.*Able to stand for long periods and complete manual handling tasks.*Strong attention to detail.*Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.*Positive, team-focused attitude.*No previous experience required - full training provided. Hours and Pay: *Day shifts: 7am - 7pm, rotating pattern (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday | Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).*Night shifts: 7pm - 7am, Sunday to Thursday.*Pay rates: £12.21 per hour (days) | £14.65 per hour (nights).*Enhanced weekend rates available.
