Job Title: Data Analyst / Insights & Intelligence Analyst: Location: London or Weybridge (Up to 3 x days per week in office) Salary/Rate: Up to £500 per day Start Date: 10th November Job Type: 6 - 6-month contract (Inside IR35) Our client is only able to consider candidates who are available immediately or who can start with 1 weeks' notice from offer. Company Introduction: We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Insights & Intelligence Analyst: with strong experience in Power BI (or similar), Azure, Excel and Salesforce cloud analytics to join our global client in the healthcare industry. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Voice of the Customer (VOC): Expertise in the 'Voice of the Customer' (VOC) concept, skilled in unpacking human feedback and workflow data to design and evolve VOC processes. Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualisation tools, along with alternative storytelling skills to communicate insights. Core Tools: Expertise in using Microsoft Excel (including data manipulation and aggregation functions) and familiarity with platforms like Microsoft Azure. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential for data-driven synthesis. Awareness of relevant data protection and privacy regulations and policies. Experience with Salesforce Cloud Analytics and a basic understanding of programming languages (such as SQL or Python) are a bonus. Job Responsibilities/Objectives: This role focuses on using business and consumer data to improve our client's processes and build organisational knowledge through superior service interactions. We achieve this by synthesising consumer feedback and operational data into clear, actionable insights, supporting performance measurement and strategic storytelling across the organisation. Derive deep insights using various qualitative and scaled research methods, presenting findings compellingly to stakeholders ranging from operational to executive level. Integrate qualitative and quantitative data by collaborating closely with established data teams, ensuring consumer feedback enhances large, data-driven research programmes. Develop a clear framework for identifying business changes driven by consumer insights and precisely measuring the resulting commercial value. Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives that directly influence internal stakeholders and drive strategic action. Partner with stakeholders to effectively embed consumer insights into key strategic initiatives and product development. Champion and support the adoption of consumer insights across all relevant departments, including Marketing, Product, and Finance. Contribute to the understanding and reimagining of processes that are based on evidence, data and insights collected throughout the process. Formulate and continuously evolve Consumer Relations' Service Performance KPIs, including metrics such as Customer Effort Score (CES), Insights Value, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), Response Time, or Cost Per Contact (CPC) If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in Microsoft Word/PDF format.
