What You’ll Be Doing Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs. Working alongside teachers to adapt lessons and deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences. Supporting children with communication, sensory, or behavioural challenges in a calm and structured manner. Encouraging social development and emotional regulation through positive reinforcement. Promoting a safe and supportive environment where every learner can thrive. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children with SEN or a strong desire to learn. A caring, patient, and adaptable attitude. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Ability to work as part of a team in a busy school environment.
