Please Note: Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK as we are unable to provide VISA sponsorship for this role.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for patients, offering friendly and personalised assistance through in-person interactions.Provide clear guidance and support to patients throughout their visit or enquiry, ensuring their expectations are properly managed and that they feel informed and reassured throughout their visit.Recognise and promptly refer patient concerns or clinical enquiries to our expert team of Registered Pharmacists and Technicians to ensure prompt resolution and outstanding careCollaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth and high-quality service experience.Uphold a professional and empathetic demeanour at all times, reflecting Pharmacierge’s commitment to excellent patient care. Working HoursThis is a full-time position, totalling 42.5 hours per week across five in-person shifts.One of these shifts will be a regular Saturday, and the remaining four days are flexible.You will have one fixed weekday off, which can be Tuesday, Wednesday, or FridayThe fixed day can be agreed upon during the hiring process.RequirementsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A compassionate and patient-focused approach to customer service.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Previous experience in a patient facing Pharmacy or healthcare-related role is an advantage but not essential.What to Expect from Our Recruitment ProcessAt Pharmacierge, we use a multi-stage recruitment process for our Pharmacy roles to ensure the best possible fit for both you and our team.Stage 1 – Application Review* - We’ll review your application (usually within 1-2 working days) to ensure it meets the essential criteria for the role.Stage 2 – Telephone Interview* - If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to self-schedule a short telephone interview with our Recruitment Coordinator or a senior staff member.Stage 3 – On-site Visit - If progressing, you'll be invited to visit our pharmacy for a tour, meet the team, and get a feel for the working environment. You’ll also spend time in the areas relevant to the role to see what a typical day might look like.Stage 4 – Final Review - A member of our Senior Leadership Team will review your application and interview feedback.
