Their mission is to deepen client engagement and drive operational excellence through strategic projects, market expansion and relentless optimization and automation. The team is transforming productivity and expanding use cases positioning themselves as the organization one stop shop for innovative, data driven solutions.Core ResponsibilitiesRegional RFP SupportCreate and share best practices to enhance RFP response efficiency, including training regional teams on tools, templates, and strategies that improve win rates and elevate response qualityCollaborate with regional teams to refine, standardize, and streamline RFP processes, ensuring adoption of proven methods and smooth coordination on large-scale, high-value opportunitiesDrive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics, identifying process gaps, and implementing improvements that consistently deliver high-quality submissions on time with reduced operational strainAI ApplicationCollaborate with technology teams on a regular cadence to review AI capabilities, share feedback from end-users, and align on product roadmap priorities that enhance AI application efficiencyIdentify and expand AI use cases beyond word and excel RFP response, explore powerpoint pitch, executive summary, Agentic AI for RFP project management, and other process automation related opportunitiesAdvocacy & AdoptionHost regional office hours sessions to provide hands-on seller training, address user questions, and demonstrate the latest RFP best practicesMaintain and update training materials on corporate knowledge platforms (e.g., Compass, Visa University), ensuring documentation reflects current functionalities, best practices, and user tips for effective RFP responseContent Strategy & ManagementDevelop and maintain a structured RFP content repository by partnering with cross-functional teams, organize and consolidate historical RFP responses, product documentation, and Visa-related materials into an AI-ready, easily accessible databaseImplement a content governance framework to define ownership, support models, and scope of RFP related content, ensuring accuracy and alignment withSubject Matter Experts (SMEs)Continuously optimize content quality and accessibility through periodic reviews, metadata tagging, and version control, enabling faster and more consistent RFP responsesThis is a hybrid position.
