Loadbay Operatives - Ad-Hoc Shifts Available! Location: Barrow upon Soar Pay Rate: £12.25 - £14.48 per hour (dependent on shift) Shift Times: Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 00:00 Night Shift: 18:00 - 04:00 We're currently recruiting Loadbay Operatives for ad-hoc shift cover at our client's busy distribution site in Barrow upon Soar. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, work flexibly, and be part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Secure and strap outbound loads Scan and check stock using handheld devices Assist with vehicle movements and load manifests Maintain a clean and safe working environment Follow all health and safety procedures Work closely with the transport and warehouse teams Requirements: Previous warehouse or loading bay experience is beneficial but not essential Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Benefits: Competitive pay rates from £12.25 to £14.48 per hour Flexible ad-hoc shifts to suit your availability Supportive team and training provided Opportunity to gain valuable experience in logistics Interested?
