The Responsibilities : As a Care Assistant you will: Provide high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs. Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication, and mobility. Monitor health and wellbeing Offer emotional support and companionship to customers. Encourage customer independence. Accompany customers to appointments and social outings. Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with team members and families. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided! Must be a local UK resident (We are only able to consider applicants who currently have the unrestricted right to work in the UK) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Benefits : Excellent rates of pay from £12.70-£18.29 35p per mile mileage.
