Maintenance AdministratorKitts Green, Birmingham £30,000 per annum 08:40 – 17:00 (Monday to Thursday) / 08:40 – 16:00 (Friday)Pertemps are recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator on behalf of a leading manufacturing business based in Kitts Green. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation that prides itself on innovation, operational excellence, and investment in its people.The Role:As a key member of the Maintenance and Engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping systems, compliance records, and documentation running smoothly. You’ll provide administrative support, manage data on internal systems, and ensure all maintenance activities are accurately tracked and logged.Key Responsibilities:Upload maintenance and production dockets into the system to maintain compliance.Prepare and issue planned maintenance dockets in advance.Monitor and update training records, ensuring certifications are valid.Audit safety and compliance documentation, including hot work permits.Support Maintenance and Engineering Managers with general administration.Track and log overtime and maintenance activities using the Time Management System (TMS).About You:Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using databases or internal systems.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Effective communicator who enjoys supporting a busy operational team.Experience within maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing administration is beneficial.Familiarity with CMMS and TMS systems would be an advantage.Benefits:Competitive salary of £30,000 per annumCompany pension schemeHealthcare plan (family cover included)Access to on-site gym and occupational health servicesExcellent training and career development opportunitiesSupportive team environment within a well-respected industry leader Please click apply or for more information contact Steve Tomlinson at Pertemps, Hagley Road, Birmingham.
