Customer Service Administrator – Wadhurst, East Sussex Our client, a dedicated and customer-focused organisation, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. What’s on Offer?Job type: Full time, permanent Location: Wadhurst, East Sussex Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE) Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service when handling inbound sales and enquiries.Communicate with customers via phone and email, answering queries and providing order updates.Liaise with the warehouse team to check stock availability.Discuss customer requirements, offering suitable solutions and ensuring satisfaction.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Produce regular reports as required.Carry out general administrative and office duties as needed.Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the team.Maintain high levels of customer service and account management. Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.Confident and capable, with strong attention to detail.Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.Proficient in computer systems and general office software.Professional and confident telephone manner.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Own transport preferred due to location.
