In this rewarding, office-based role, you’ll support learners, job seekers and clients to prepare for the world of work, helping them build confidence, develop employability skills, and achieve lasting success.What you’ll do: Build strong, professional relationships across teams and with participantsIdentify individual needs, goals and barriers to employmentDeliver high-quality, end-to-end information, advice and guidance (aligned to Matrix and Gatsby Standards)Coach individuals and groups to boost confidence, emotional intelligence and job-readinessHelp create professional CVs, cover letters and job applicationsPrepare learners for interviews and match them to suitable job or apprenticeship opportunitiesManage and motivate a caseload, ensuring each participant achieves sustainable employmentMaintain accurate digital records, action plans and performance reportsSupport employability events, workshops and job fairsWork to clear KPIs and performance targets What we’re looking for: Strong administration and organisational skills, be able to manage a busy caseload efficientlyBackground in recruitment, sales, or other target-driven environmentsExcellent communication and coaching skills with a passion for helping others succeedConfident IT user with solid attention to detailProfessional, proactive and resilient under pressure You’ll be part of a supportive and passionate Margate-based team that celebrates success and helps individuals reach their full potential.
