About the roleSEN Teaching AssistantLocation – St AustellContract Type – Permanent, Full TimeStart Date – 1st December 2025Salary – £89.33 - £95.06 per dayTeaching Personnel are delighted to share that we’ve been selected by a large Multi Academy Trust covering schools across Cornwall and Devon to provide their supply and staffing support.This means that from 1st November 2025, Teaching Personnel will be one of the approved agencies that this Trust works with directly for all their teaching, support and cover requirements. As part of this new partnership, we’re expanding our pool of daily supply teachers to work in a range of SEN schools across Cornwall and Devon.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat we’re looking for- Resilience, calm and patience- Previous experience working with SEN students- Strong communication skills, dealing with both teachers and students- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)- Safeguarding Level 2 (Not essential)What we offer Competitive pay & progression opportunities.
